Wooden Ladder Preschool exists as an outreach and evangelism activity of the Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon (CPCBA) and operates under the authority of the Session of CPCBA, on a not-for-profit basis, to provide a learning and development experience for toddlers and children of pre-school age throughout the community. In an atmosphere of Christian love and caring, Wooden Ladder’s enrichment programs, teachers and staff provide a wide variety of learning experiences which help the students to develop new skills, social competence and a strong sense of self-worth. Ultimately, the Wooden Ladder program strives to facilitate the easy transition of its students into a more formal, elementary school environment.
